1. About these terms
Bloomsprite is made by BeeBee Tones AB, org. no. 559589-2323, Sweden. By playing Bloomsprite you accept these terms. Bloomsprite is also licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies alongside these terms.
2. Playing Bloomsprite
Bloomsprite is free to download and is for your personal, non-commercial use. It runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later. Your game is saved only on your device, so we cannot restore progress that is lost, for example when the app is deleted.
Please play fairly. Do not modify, copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the game or its art, music and sound, or use cheats or tools that change it.
3. Gems, bundles and other virtual items
You can buy gem packs and bundles with real money through Apple’s App Store. Prices are shown in the App Store and in the game in your local currency before you buy.
Gems, gold, crops, goods, pets, decor and other items in the game are virtual items. They have no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be sold or transferred. You get a licence to use them in the game; you do not own them. Gems and items live in your saved game, so they are lost if the app is deleted and cannot be restored.
4. Honey Pass and Royal Pass
The Honey Pass and the Royal Pass are optional auto-renewing subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly. The perks of each pass are listed in the game’s shop before you buy, and they last while your pass is active. Gems and items you have already collected stay in your game when a pass ends.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A pass renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel your pass in your App Store account settings. Restore purchases in the game’s Settings brings an active pass back after reinstalling or on another device with the same Apple ID.
5. Payments and refunds
Apple handles every payment, receipt and refund. To ask for a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem page. We cannot refund App Store purchases ourselves.
Bloomsprite is made for players aged 8 and up. Players under 18 should have a parent’s or guardian’s permission before buying anything. Parents can switch on the grown-up check in Settings, which asks a times-table question before every real-money purchase.
6. Content and availability
We keep improving Bloomsprite and may add, change or remove features, content, items and prices. Bloomsprite is provided as it is, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
7. Contact and law
Contact us at [email protected]. Swedish law applies, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. If we cannot solve a complaint together, consumers in Sweden can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).
