Terms of Use
Last updated 26 October 2026
Knit with Gordon is free to download and use. These terms cover using the app and the patterns and other content you bring into it.
Draft for review. These terms describe the app as planned for its first release and have not yet been reviewed by counsel. They will be checked and updated before the app launches.
1. About these terms
Knit with Gordon is made by BeeBee Tones AB, org. no. 559589-2323, Sweden. By using the app you accept these terms. The app is also licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies alongside these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old. You need an account to use the app, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for what happens under your account.
3. Using the app
Knit with Gordon is free to download and use, for your personal, non-commercial use. It runs on iPhone with iOS 18 or later. Please do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its artwork, and do not use it to harm the service or other people.
4. Your content stays yours
The patterns, files, notes, photos and other content you add to the app remain yours. You give us only the permission we need to store them, process them and show them back to you in the app, including reading imported patterns with automated tools to find sizes and other details. Your imported patterns are private to you and are never used to train AI. We describe this in more detail in the Privacy Policy.
5. Patterns and copyright
Many patterns belong to the designers who made them. You may import only patterns you have the right to use, for example patterns you bought, downloaded for your own use, or designed yourself. Do not upload or share patterns in a way that breaks a designer’s licence or copyright. We may remove content and close accounts that repeatedly infringe other people’s rights. If you believe content in the app infringes your rights, email [email protected].
6. Free app, changing features
The app is free to download and use. We keep improving Knit with Gordon and may add, change or remove features. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you before they apply to you. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account and your data at any time in the app’s Settings. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data when you do.
8. Availability and liability
Knit with Gordon is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and the app’s size highlighting and other tools can make mistakes, so please check your pattern. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
9. Contact and law
Contact us at [email protected]. Swedish law applies, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. If we cannot solve a complaint together, consumers in Sweden can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), and consumers elsewhere can contact their national consumer authority or dispute resolution body.
